HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN HACKED ON EBAY?

My eBay account was hacked by a person in San Jose CA--headquarters of eBay. It took 5 days for eBay to help me--numerous phone calls--hours and hours. Has anyone experienced Ebay's incompetence?

Buyer cancelled item--gave a full refund--ebay said it is a late shipment and my seller % went down.
