Why was I charged for an "Ad Fee Standard"? I don't recall requesting any special service for this item.Is there a way to inquire about a refund for this fee?

None of my other items are being "promoted" and I've never used any promotions in the past. Oh well. Thanks anyways.

I did not sign up for promoted listing. eBay states i was charged 4.1% extra. I did not want or request that.How can I get a refund from eBay?
