eBay

Customer contacted usps and they said they delivered to office but there was no office. Customer wants a refund. Tracking was uploaded.

I just installed this printer. It prints fine for everything else, but not Ebay. Every video, help topic says look for label and printing prefernces, but I cannot find it anywhere on my entire ebay site. If anyone can help, I am desperate.
