Zun Dian Printer, Ebay is my only issue HELP

I just installed this printer. It prints fine for everything else, but not Ebay. Every video, help topic says look for label and printing prefernces, but I cannot find it anywhere on my entire ebay site. If anyone can help, I am desperate.

First make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in Reader.

Then on the ebay shipping page, look to the lower left under Shipping Label Format  and make sure the Printable Label box is selected and not the QR Code box.

Next at the upper right under Order Details scroll down and click on Show More. Then at the bottom click on “Change” and select PDF and below that the label size you are using.

If still a problem come back with OS and browser you are using.  A screen shot of the label preview will also help.
