Everyone I know who uses ebay had their payments declined "by their
bank" according to ebay. Imagine the calls of harassment banks
everywhere are getting today. It didn't just happen to you. It happened
to everyone! Tangent: I wonder how much/if mone...
One would think they would just send out another mass message that
explains it to head off the calls... Millions of emails saying "don't
panic, we had a problem" is NOT worse than millions of emails having
users thinking their bank is declining follo...
