I had an item reach my buyer not in the condtion advertized. I accept
full responsibility for this and he has agreed to a partial refund. Is
there a way to handle this through eBay or would I only go through
PayPal to handle this? Thanks!
Oh! So it is like those "free trial" scams that you have to cancel
before they charge you because you have to supply your credit card to
get the "free" thing. So... eBay is a scam site now.
I do the same thing as you. I currently relist everything that doesn't
sell at 5% less and keep the cycle going until it finally sells. It has
worked for me so far, but now I'm apparently too stupid to sell my
things the way I want to. Your solution ...
