This is my fault, I sent the wrong item with a significant value $500 to the wrong person. I called fedex to retrieve the package, they indicated I need to call ebay. I called ebay, the customer service says it has to go through the logistics departm...
I just called, they said 2-3 hours, I have to leave for work... Said I won't get any defects if I don't ship today.... Is this true
I am trying to update my settings to have USPS shipping use a credit card instead of paypal. Is there a way?
Does ebay remove negative feedback when the tracking shows the item was delivered, and the buyers only comment in the negative feedback is item never received?
