I went to report an item that hadn’t arrived and received a message to wait a day. The last next day the order was canceled and refunded with a message it was no longer available. But it has been relisted.

When I try to contact a seller to get more information on an item, all I get is a page with the seller screen name. There is no place to enter question. Has EBay changed contact seller?

Retracting message to seller

I sent an email to a seller. After hitting send, I realized it was the right product, but the wrong seller. Is there a way to cancel it? I did immediately send an apology explaining the situation, but let’s say I was not happy with the seller.

Do I have to pay for return if damaged

I received ceramic figures totally in shards. Listing stated no refunds, but isn’t this an exception? Do I have to pay the shipping? I think I should get the shipping refunded, too, as it was $22. The seller has not responded to my request for refund...
