I always sent my customers an email confirmation after the sale
explaining my invoice number and my 5 day delivery and never got all the
complaints that I receive now. Miss corresponding with my customers....
Agree fully...what has ebay done to our sales...I don't need a promotion
manager...I like to manage my own business by saling what I want when I
want. The old markdown manager was so easy to use and the new one isn't
worth the effort....So sad...Call...
They keep putting an old promotion box on my site...St. Pats Day 17%
off. I have deleted those sales etc but nothing will get rid of it. What
happened to promotion boxes that I could control and place where I
wanted them...Seems like ebay upgrades ne...
