Check to make sure you have the correct email addresses specified here:
https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs
Look under "Delivery options" at the top and click on the "edit" link.
If the addresses there look correct, check your email inbox page to make sure eBay messages are not being filtered out or sent to a spam folder.
