EBay removed listings after we paid but never refunded funds so we filed disputes on sellers in China and now have been trying for days to get our money back and where is the Ebay guarantee as stated to help buyers

I paid for friends complete series and haven't received. seller trying to say unpaid and opened case on this and the listing shows paid. they are new to ebay and may not understand. they have not shipped my item.
