Hi all..anyone have any idea why the pop up for excluded countries and areas are not showing on the pop up,it comes up blank when i click on it,did a bunch of listings yesterday no problems...today i cant exclude any countries.thanks all

hi,had a buyer ask me to ship to a po box,i filtered my sales to not accept po box sales,he asked to send to a po box after the fact of his purchase,his address shows up when i click to purchase postage but says usps does not deliver to that address,...
