I now find I have to click on the buyer's offer in a box to the left
which takes me to another screen to Accept/counter/Decline. It is an
extra step in the process and thus slows things down. I wish eBay had to
eat their own cooking....
I'm a seller and for over 24 hours I have not been able to respond to
buyers offers. It is eBay and not sellers. Yet their system board says
everything is fine. I've called it in to tech support (surprisingly

Same here. It has been going on for over 24 hours. I've reported to
technical support (6/1) but have had no follow-up. They said it hadn't
been reported elsewhere and buried their head in the sand.
