How do I remove seller's feedback comment from my buyer as they requested? They have not left buyer feedback yet. Never had to do this before, so I'm asking.

I just sold an item listed at $29.95 + $14= $43.95. Yet, eBay just sent me a payment received notice of: $14 + 14= $28!How do I correct this payment?Is this happening to other sellers?

Why can't I now send a message to buyer about their purchase (Contact Buyer)? When I click it, it defaults and takes me to my message inbox every time.

Purchased an item April 17, is clearly and obviously defective after a month after receiving. Asked for return from seller, provided clear picture of defect. Seller refused return- "out of return time". Gee, thanks, what honest customer service. Case...
