I charge $5.50 for First Class (Ground) US Mail for a 5 ounce item, and
increase the fee accordingly as USPS costs go up with size/weight. That
5.50 has to cover the actual cost, the eBay sold item fees on shipping,
the cost of purchased padded shipp...
