I had to cancel two orders due to family emergency, but had already
purchased shipping labels for them and I don't see that those labels
were canceled OR refunded to me. What should I do?
I just went to print a shipping label and found that the user is "no
longer registered on eBay" - am I still obligated to follow through with
the transaction? Could I just refund her payment, and relist the item?
