Obviously, we can all only speak to what our personal experiences are,
but from my experience, free listings are not affecting this situation
at all. I can say with (personal) surety that I got far more free
listings in 2018 and 2019 (average of 900+...
I had a similar issue with the last offer - it was 100 free listings,
but in the fine print, all of your listings had to have "Best Offer"
activated. If you did not activate Best Offer, they were not counted
against the 100 free listings...and, proba...
