eBay keeps on sending me messages saying if I dont sign up for LUCID then my account will have restrictions. Question is, what are the restrictions? Is it just shipping/selling restrictions to Germany or will eBay restrict me in some other way?

Is there a way to send seller made coupons in bulk to groups of past buyers instead of one at a time

I usually have about 1600 sales in 3 months and its painful to send these coupons one at a time to my past buyers.
