Just wondering why some categories don't have personalized options. For
example I make handmade farm animals and would like to be able to offer
personal gift cards or a personal color ribbon etc...
"Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." Is
the message I keep getting. I am unable to print the label. What can I
do? It is from US to Canada. It doesn't tell me what is wrong or how to
fix it.
