Sorry to have to ask this, but I have been looking for almost 1/2 hour trying to find answer. Person bought item May 25. July 11, I received notice from eBay "item not received and buyer wants it to be sent again..... your money is on hold". Filled out the page with the tracking number and the proof of delivery (May 27) and have not heard a word from the buyer or ebay since. Double checked all my payouts since July 12 and no refund to my account.
Went to 'How to ask eBay to step in'. OK. Per their instructions, went to 'Seller Hub', clicked 'Request and disputes' tab, selected 'See details' next to request, OK did that. Next instruction is select 'Report Problem' and that is where it ends for me....... there is no 'Report Problem' to select.
I just want my money put back into my account. Got any solutions or ideas?? Thanks!!!!

Are you sure the money was every taken out of your account? Disclaimer....I haven't run into this situation but it's my understanding that money on hold is put on hold from your current pending payments, not that money is actually taken from your account. The hold does take a few days to come off and then those payments should be deposited into your accounts.

If you entered the tracking and shows delivered: after he time for the purchaser to respond the case will close in your favor..

It's been a while since I had a Buyer file an "Item Not Received" case. I seem to remember an eBay Rep telling me the case should automatically close 16 business days after you submit tracking.
If that's really the case, your hold should be lifted Monday, Aug 2.
That date is only based on my personal experience and recollection. 🙂

Your funds should be released on or about August 10th- after 21 business days.
