I have a buyer that wishes to purchase a bicycle frame through GSP and
they are being denied. They have contacted eBay and have been told that
I do not ship to Australia. I have no such restrictions in my settings.
Buyer has reached out to resolve issue and I can't figure out how to
issue the refund. Transaction is not showing up in PP activity and there
has been no case opened.
Hello all, I am planning to be away from home for 2 weeks. I currently
have about 40 listings up and would like to keep potential buyers aware
of my absence. I do not have an eBay store. Is there a tactful way to do
