I used to be able to contact buyers by clicking "contact buyer" and sending email via Ebay. How can I find their email now? I do not see it on the order information page. Thank you

When listing items, we cannot get the option of Medium Flat Rate Box to be accepted. Anyone else having this problem?

Having trouble finding anyone talking about certain items. Any way to avoid the constant renewal of unsold items? It was much better for us to get notice that an item was ending and then choose to relist/reprice, etc. outselves.
