Ebay keeps messing around til people have no traffic and no sales.
Possibly time to try other auction sites? Loyal to Ebay since 2020. But
my sales are down to zero.
No need to be rude. I don't post my issue. Because it is about an appeal
that Ebay closed, Without looking at my appeal. It is an issue only a
live Ebay agent can help with. But they no longer give you that option.
I know. I have tried. That is how I have done it in the past...They have
stopped allowing that. Now it is email only. I have requested an agent
thru email. They have ignored my requedt.

yearsYou can no longer get an agent thru chst. You can just email. I
