When did Ebay start charging fees/commission on sales tax? Do we have any input on this? It's rather greedy.

This new listing format is tedious and cumbersome. Part of what I like about ebay is keeping it simple. But whoever keeps re desiging the listing pages is making it more and more cumbersome requiring details which are truly irrelevent. We should have...
