Twice now in 2 weeks that ebay has forced me to fully refund buyers who
have either tampered with and broken or removed components from my
items. In both cases I provided numerous photos to substantiate the
damage / theft and ebay didn't even look at...
What is everyone doing about those circumstances where USPS does not
scan the package as delivered? I've already confirmed one such case.
Would seem to me that anyone who receives a package that's not been
scanned out can open an INR and scam me?
Can someone explain to me why the buyer even has an option to use their
own label? Use of the seller's label should be a non-negotiable matter.
It makes no sense to permit the buyer to use their own label. Bad for

After appealing this case I was able to have the outcome reversed and my
funds returned.While I still have concerns about the increased levels of
buyer fraud on this platform, I am satisfied with this result and thank
all who helped assist. I do hope...
