yes, but is it right or fair charging for $ that isn't ours or theirs 11.5% was what they quote, but with taxes, now it becomes 14-15%

all i know i was having the best months ever until junethen sale dropped by 60%, and still the same today. i think the tax collected by paypal/ebay is part of the decline 18 years selling on ebay please explain the decline as of june of this year
