I'm not sure why they block if using USPS, but I guess it's still their
choice. I have absolutely no blocks for any location or any type of
buyer and haven't had any problems at all. It's probably why my
sell-through rate is so high.
Put both items in 1 box, print 1 shipping label. Copy the tracking
number, click on ADD TRACKING on the second order and paste that
tracking number in the box. Click on the next empty box and it will show
the carrier then click on SAVE.
Someone returning a different item is very rare. I get that in 1 out of
every 3000 transactions or somthing like that. Each category is
different so I'm not too sure what the numbers are for shoes but I'm

Call eBay and give them the correct tracking number. If they see an
incorrect one and you don't do anything to correct it, they will close
the case in the seller's favor.
