I made a one time payment on ebay for my seller fees via paypal and it
went through using echeck but still shows that I owe $379.26. I paid on
August 16th. It says cleared on paypal but on the invoice it still says
that I owe those fees.
On ebay's return info, the item could not be tracked and the tracking
number the buyer gave me the 9 and 3 were switched.
