How on earth does ebay justify adding a defect metric of 3 or 4 unique
buyers ON TOP OF the 2% metric? It's like they are punishing large
volume sellers. Please make it make sense.

which is a much more stringent number. If inventory control at 3 for 500
is considered acceptable to be TRS then why isn't it 6 at 1,000? That

Yes, it is an unfair practice. Ebay states they allow up to 2% defects
(before hitting you with their obscene 5% penalty) but then they add on
the caveat of only 3 or 4 buyers. That completely changes the game and
is definitely NOT 2%. That is indeed...
