From my knowledge and experience if you try to file a UPS claim for an
item shipped through eBay. eBay will receive the $100 reimbursement. Has
anyone had any luck getting this credited to their seller account?
Specifically looking for an alternative to Shipsurance as it seems their
claim form has to be signed by the buyer from the address provided by

It certainly does feel that way sometimes. I was able to reach them by
phone and the rep informed me that after the next evaluation on the 20th
I would be able to appeal it from the seller help page.
