I keep getting ridiculous questions from people who then never buy the item

I feel it is one person that constantly asks me crazy questions over and over and never buys the item.Also, I get one winning bid from people that then do not pay me and then have to relist. Any thoughts ?

Is it ok to request good feedback from buyers that you have left good feedback to. Most buyers (I assume they are quite satisfied they keep the item I sold them) but they don't leave any feedback. So can you request it from them?

fake buyers (that have just signed up and no history purchasing) and then no payment.

Does anyone know how to not get all these fake, malicious "buyers" that sign up for ebay just to bid on my stuff and then not pay for it? They have no history and seem to just sign up to bid on my stuff and I have to file unpaid transactions. Do you ...
