Where do I go to change the settings so the view of my solds/paid and shipped are vertical instead of horizontal?

I was notified by ebay not to send this item as they cancelled the sale. Its been a week and its still listed as not shipped and im getting dinged. How do I contact ebay these days??? They notified me my account is at risk as a seller now.
