They sent me a message asking me to pay more money because the price has changed. Then sent it to the wrong address to get around the EBay scammer algorithm. It says I received it, but in the wrong city. When I pay more money they will send it again....

A seller sent me a message that they are sending a Chinese knot with the same tracking number. This seems odd. Could this be a scam?
