I sold Item ID: 135326186306 and shipped Nov 5th, the buyer opened a
payment dispute on Nov 9th with the reason of "buyer does not recognize
the transaction". I responded to the dispute and afterwards emailed the
buyer in hopes of jogging their memor...
I would like to control all of my listings without eBay relisting my
listings when they end with no sale. How do I do that? Thanks in advance

Monday and had a message from the buyer in my inbox this morning. This
type message is a first for me and I'm not sure what to do. Thank you in
advance for any suggestions/help.
Pre-authorization doesn't seem to make a difference. I have that option
enabled. I have 3 "waiting for payment" at this time. One for 4 days
now, one for 3 and one ended an hour ago. Seems to me the
pre-authorization does no good.
The warehouse street address is 800 Plant St, Wilmington, Delaware. The
user's profile location is China. I use eBay global shipping but somehow
this buyer was able to go around global shipping, not sure how though.
