I'm not sure if you can download purchase history that way. There's a bug where the package is delivered but eBay doesn't code it as delivered in purchase history. That's a bit annoying

I started the return process on eBay then created a shipping label to send the item back myself. It was the weekend, so I just took care of it before they sent me a return shipping label.
