The same thing happened to me this week. I didn't change anything. It is a lot of work trying to get it changed back to "accepting returns". And I have to change it manually on every single one of my re-lists and new listings. Not a fun thing to do.

The incognito window also worked for me. I tried all day yesterday to print a label that I had already paid for. I never realized that option was there before reading this. Thank you so much. I hope Ebay gets it fixed soon.
