I have not been able to crop photos for the past few days on Firefox or
Chrome. When I upload my photos and click the crop tool nothing happens.
Is this a known issue or something wrong on my end?

I agree. Melrose Park, IL is the black hole. Items will sit there
forever. My last item I bought sat there for days and then the USPS sent
it to the wrong post office so it was further delayed.
