Photo editing not working

I have not been able to crop photos for the past few days on Firefox or Chrome.  When I upload my photos and click the crop tool nothing happens.  Is this a known issue or something wrong on my end?

I am using Chrome without any issue. I listed 2 items a few minutes ago and the eBay photo editor worked fine.

You might try clearing your cache / history to see if that helps.

I also experienced the cropping issue in Chrome where when you clicked the crop button it would just refresh the picture and not do anything.  Rotate picture worked.  I generally use Edge and that works fine but use a second account on Chrome and it would not work.  Hope that helps
