Had returns before, no problem. How do you handle a return that is not
in the same, good, condition that you sold? And that is incomplete -
missing pieces?

issue a refund - and they should simply work through eBay to return it.
Buyer said they did - and eBay asked them for a picture(?) and eBay
provided a label. BUT buyer says they do...
I click on "My eBay", then when I click "selling" I get "It's not you
its us --- the server is down --- we're working on it - " Gotten this
all day today - Haven't been able to list at all ... BUT - I can access
every other link under "My eBay" Can't...
I hadn't noticed the option before, but I'll be sure to use that in the
