Had returns before, no problem. How do you handle a return that is not
in the same, good, condition that you sold? And that is incomplete -
missing pieces?
Buyer wants to return a defective item. I told them no problem - I'll
issue a refund - and they should simply work through eBay to return it.
Buyer said they did - and eBay asked them for a picture(?) and eBay
provided a label. BUT buyer says they do...
I hadn't noticed the option before, but I'll be sure to use that in the
