I just sold an item and eBay said there would be no insertion or final
value fee. The transaction was $40, yet when I went to my transaction a
$5 dollar fee is showing. What could that be from?
Okay. Can I make it so people registered outside the US can't buy my
stuff? Why does the one image I posted not show that I am paying a final
value fee?
