they sent me a notice saying "eBay Fee Deferral Program Current Status:
Approved", and then debited my bank account anyway.
Deferred fee payment? Yeah, they gave me that offer, I accepted, and
they still debited my bank account for $451.00 this afternoon. Not sure
what that offer was worth. Maybe a little PR?
