Why is the option to add a video to my listings no longer available when
just last week it was available and an option for me. I'm specifically
talking about through the mobile app. The option to add a video is just
gone.
Pretty much same situation with me. Buyer wanted a refund but I couldn't
issue one so they opened a case and eBay ruled in their favor,
rightfully so because it looked like I never responded to the open case.
I maintained communication with the buyer...
