Same problem with me. I opened the eBay app just now and did the shake
of the device to open up the eBay problem window and submitted the
support ticket. Everyone should do this to bring full attention to the
problem
I have same problem and spent three hours with three different eBay
customer service agents and no clue. I contacted apple and it’s not the
iPads problem, eBay app for some reason is not seeing location services
on the iPad.
