It was my understanding buyers could not leave negative feedback if a
return was accepted. Buyer left negative feedback after I told him he
lied about the return to avoid paying return shipping. eBay granted the

I blocked a user about 6 years ago due to his poor attitude, since then
he has sent about 15 messages a month telling me to get f'ed or
something similar. I have reported him 5 times and nothing ever happens.
