I was advised to contact the payment system, such advice was both in the
community and in "eBay help".
FedEx replied that customs detained the goods due to incorrect
description. And for the same reason FedEx agreed with the seller about
the return.What does the buyer have to do with it?
And yes, mutual agreement - this meant the seller's agreement with
FedEx. I have correspondence with FedEx in which this is stated, I
attached a screenshot in a letter to eBay support.
