International buyer has requested delayed shipping due to their post
office not being open in August. My shipping info says to ship by August
12th. If I don't ship until the 24th will this affect my account in a
negative way?
I ordered a DVD on April 7. Shows it was shipped tracking stops at April
9. It is now Apri. 29.th. I've sent a message to the seller one week ago
with no reply. What can I do if I never receive the dvd?
Thank you for your reply. The buyer is in Italy and apparently the post
offices close down completely. I will print up the shipping label, but
hold off on physically shipping it and hope that the email they sent me
will be proof of the delay if neede...
