Whenever I try to list an item for sale my account (on both pc and
phone) "believes" that I'm located in the US and switches delivery
options to US services and the currency to US dollars. But in reality
I'm located in Italy. How can I fix this?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I tried what you suggested, but unfortunately
it didn't solve the issue. Only after I also deleted all my draft
listings eBay "recognized" the correct country settings. It appears as
if existing listings won't adjust, only ...
