I am confused on how to report non-paying buyers. Does it automatically
report them when you relist the item? I had just been ignoring them and
letting it go, however, I seem to be getting more non-paying buyers and
not sure if this is the proper way...
Does anyone else have issues with other buyers bidding and canceling the
order. How do you handle when they make an offer and pay and then
request a refund? Happening often, and it's so frustrating.

Anyone else experiencing issues with shipping? I've had two items say
they have been delivered and customer wants a refund. The items just
shipped out this morning. There is no way they could have been
delivered.
Thank you for your response. However, these all shipped in an envelope
with no labels & they hadn't even shipped from the facility. I dropped
the items off this morning & one buyer contacted me yesterday and said
it was supposedly delivered on Monday...
I tried to have him use that, but he wanted a bulk amount and wasn't
sure he could trust me. Maybe because of my being new 路. I think we've
