The delays in the authentication process have gone way past the point of
reasonable. My latest item has been sitting at the authentication site
for NINE days. I was told by support on Monday that the item was
verified as authentic, but was now moving...
My listing shows that the item will be authenticated, but I did not
include that on the listing. Does anyone know why that would happen?
It's certainly fine, I just know that some buyers are turned off by the
delay in receiving their item.
This happened to me last week as well. They simultaneously sent me a
