I have not been asked to add a checking account during a listing I made
and saved. Will use this for payouts from Ebay and paying fees. When I
open Payments in my Account, it only wants me to add a credit/debit card

I have a saved listing done after much research and posting here for
advice. I have not found anywhere to limit the geographic area to where
I will sell. I want just contiguous United States. I did select free
shipping. But, buyer pays return.

Sorry for late Reply. Got it worked out. I was offered opportunity to
attach a checking account when I Listed item for sale. No credit was
needed. Sold the item in two hours after listing. Listed a second item.
Seems pretty straight forward from here...
